With over 15 years in senior roles in luxury hotels and spas, I was driven, respected, and results-focused. But in the background, my energy was low, my body was speaking in symptoms, and I was ignoring the signs. I had built a life of success, but not one that supported my well-being.
And I knew I wasn’t alone.
